carwreck.com: around Boston harbor...

We currently have two batches of beer in the works. The one on the right is supposed to be an India PALE Ale, but came out a bit dark. It will taste like an IPA however. The left batch is a pumpkin ale which I'm very excited about.

That other thing in the photo is our beer taste tester. He was called Lobster at first but then became Tobiko. His name has changed again and is now called Chairman Mao.

Oh, I like lobster the best. Can you change it back?? :)

I think 'Fonz' is great, but I liked 'Tobiko' too... one cool cat for sure.

Can't wait to taste those brews!

It appears that changing the cat's name is not nearly as taboo as changing a boat's name. One of my boats already had a name so it will stay Retriever, but the new one was not named so I'm dubbing it Falcon. The next boat after that will be Harrier. See a trend yet? Order Falconiformes (both accipitridae and falconidae)...

so far other then the fact that the cat doesn't cover his poop in the litter box, there have been zero adverse affects due to the name changing.

Incidentaly he still doesn't respond to anything other then his feather toys being tossed accross the room. Which in that case he responds ferociously.
